My brother bought the playstation 3 system few months ago and bought at launch the following games in ps3 format: Uncharted on disc 1, and LBP 1. Since this games were released few months ago there is no way to play them with RPCS3 without having problems with the hacking processes. For example a message of running into one of the hacking problems show up everytime I try to open a game that was originally released in ps3.
Does anyone know how to get around this with RPCS3?

I don't know about your specific games but I'm pretty sure you can get around it.
Basically you just have to change the "Legacy" engine settings in PS3Emulator.ini to "Old Legacy (SuperTurbo)" or "SuperTurbo", and change the file's "Protected" flag to "False" or "True", as shown in this screenshot:
I think you'll need to go to Settings>Emulation Type and select "Old Legacy (SuperTurbo)" from the drop-down menu for this to work.
